Carolyn’s Gourmet Café Catering Guidelines

  • Regular Catering Business Hours are 6:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
  • We are happy to make catering deliveries outside of regular business hours for groups of 20 or more. Two business day notice is required
  • There is a $50 minimum charge for each delivery order
  • We provide all disposable products needed for each catering order. (Condiments, Paper Products, Utensils, Cups, Ice, Chaffing Dishes and Sterno, etc )
  • We do not charge any delivery or service fee for deliveries during regular business hours
  • A service fee of 15% of the total bill will be applied for after hour service; Weekdays after 5:00pm and Weekends
  • Gratuities for our kitchen staff and drivers are appreciated but not required
  • Order cancellations must be placed by 3:00pm the day before a delivery. Same day cancellations are subject to a 50% charge
  • We require a signature for all credit card payments at time of delivery. If you would like to place your credit card on file or set up a house account with us please contact us directly
